For some congregations, church marketing is looked down upon severely. However, church marketing can be a way of the church staying afloat in the down market that we are all experiencing. For the smaller churches that have a congregation of less than 50, church marketing could bring new parishioners and help increase the donations and funding for the church. It would be sad for your church to be shut down during the downturned economy because you simply did not want to get the word out about it.

But it sure seems to get more and more difficult everyday to make it happen. I guess it's because I'm very concerned about what's happening in our world today and how it is negatively affecting all our lives. I cannot understand why we have let conditions deteriorate as much as we have.
